Manufacturer of Protective Films
Stretch film
Stretch film, available in both manual and machine (industrial) grades, offers high elasticity and enables safe, fast, and cost-effective packaging for a wide range of products.
The manual type is ideal for light packaging and general use in warehouses and retail settings, while the machine type is designed for production lines and industrial pallet wrapping with high speed and precision.
shrink film
Shrink film is a thin plastic layer that, when exposed to heat (via a heat tunnel or heat gun), shrinks tightly wraps around the product, protecting it from dust, moisture, and environmental damage.
Shrink film is commonly used for bundling products such as bottles, boxes, and industrial goods.
Protective films
Protective film is a surface coating designed to shield sensitive materials from scratches, dust, and contamination during manufacturing, storage, transportation, and installation.
Based on the production process, protective films are generally classified into two categories: self-adhesive (non-coated) and adhesive-backed (coated).
Non-Coated Protective Film
Non-coated protective film is a thin, transparent layer designed to protect various surfaces from scratches, dust, moisture, and other damaging elements. Made of polyethylene (PE), this film adheres easily to various surfaces thanks to its inherent adhesive properties.
Coated Protective Film
Coated protective film is composed of three distinct layers along with special additives such as acrylic adhesive. It offers strong adhesion and is used to protect various surfaces against scratches, dust, moisture, and physical damage.
