Farayand Shimi Sadra

The production of adhesive-backed protective film involves applying a layer of adhesive to the film substrate - a process known in the industry as coating.

Printing and Coating of Polyethylene Films

“Vafadoust Industrial Group” has made a significant and valuable advancement in the field of printing and packaging with the establishment of the “Farayand Shimi Sadra” factory.

The company offers high-quality printing of up to 8 colors through its printing unit, which includes two stack printing machines (1300 mm and 2200 mm) and two central impression printing machines (1300 mm and 2200 mm). These machines are capable of printing on a variety of materials, including single-layer and multi-layer polyethylene films, BOPP, and CPP, all with exceptional quality.

This company also plays a vital role in producing the final products of “Vafadoust industrial group” through its two coating lines (1300 mm and 2100 mm), two solventless lamination lines (1300 mm and 2100 mm), and two slitter lines. Designing and preparing printing clichés is another key activity of this unit.

Printing Machines

  • 8-Color Central Impression Printing Machine

This machine features a central impression cylinder system and is capable of high-speed, high-quality printing in up to 8 colors, with a maximum width of 1300 mm.

  • 2100 mm 4-Color Printing Machine:

This machine is a stack-type printer with 4 color stations and is capable of printing on various types of films up to 2100 mm in width.

  • 2200 mm 6-Color Central Impression Printing Machine:

Like the 8-color machine, this system also features a central impression cylinder and is capable of high-speed, high-quality printing in up to 6 colors, with a maximum width of 2200 mm.

Coating and Laminating Equipment

  • 1300 mm and 2100 mm Laminating Machines:

Lamination is a process in which a thin layer of transparent polymer film is applied over the print to enhance durability, appearance, and protection. This film helps protect the print from damage such as tearing, staining, or fading, and can also enhance its appearance by adding a glossy finish. “Shimi Sadra” Company applies this process to its protective film rolls using two lamination machines.

  • 1300 mm, 1600 mm, and 2100 mm Coating Machines:

The production of adhesive-backed protective film involves applying a layer of adhesive to the film substrate. a process commonly referred to as coating in the industry. Farayand Shimi Sadra Company, with its 1300 mm, 1600 mm, and 2100 mm coating lines, is capable of producing a wide range of adhesive-backed films up to 2100 mm in width.

Cutting and Roll-to-Roll Machines

  • Cutting and Slitting Machines

Protective films are cut to the desired widths using specialized cutting equipment. “Shimi Sadra” Company operates five cutting machines with various capabilities in its cutting and packaging unit.

  • Roll-to-Roll Machines

To divide large polymer rolls into smaller sizes based on customer specifications.

“Shimi Sadra” Company operates several roll-to-roll machines, one of which is highly advanced—featuring programmable dimensions, a mechanized cutter, perforation capabilities, and the ability to handle large rolls up to 2200 mm in width.
